ALL items from Kawaii Koffee Queen are all sale final and there is a no return or exchange policy. We do not accept any returns.

damaged or faulty goods

For unfortunate reasons one of the items are damaged, please email a picture of said damaged product and order number. This has to be done within 7 business days or it is not valid.
